did you guys watch the super bowl yesterday? dustyn and i went to misty and daniel's house to watch the game and enjoy hamburgers. i have a lot of trouble sitting through a 4 1/2 hour game, especially when i have no tie to the teams. i was rooting for arizona since they were the underdog. sadly, they didn't win.
this post isn't so much about the game itself, but the commercials. they were horrible this year. we started rating them from the beginning and there wasn't a single one that scored well. i can't believe so much money was wasted on such output. all of them had a depressing, cut throat tone and it bothered me.
as it turns out, the game was better than the commercials. arizona got back in the game some time during the second half, but the steelers pulled through. arizona beat themselves by having so many penalties.
speaking of penalties... the steelers player, number 92 that had the personal foul after the play ...when he was hitting the cardinal player... how ridiculous, right? he should've been benched the rest of the game. guess you can't bench the guy that ran a 100 yard touch down though.
okay... well, i hope you enjoyed the game. wish we could've watched it together. i'm sure leslie's excitement would've rubbed off on me. daniel, dustyn, misty and i weren't very vocal. :)

ha ha. my excitement would have rubbed off on you. i totally agree about the steelers player. he should have been ejected. and i think the referees did a disservice when they didn't review the last Arizona play. it's the super bowl! that play should have been reviewed. i'm not as big of a commercial buff, so my ratings really wouldn't count. i did think the coke commercial was kinda cute where the insects steal the guys coke. that was creative. ok, there are my thoughts.
