cinco de mayo workout

no strength training tonight (we're working our muscles enough tonight - packing books)

feelings today:

  • happy the majority of the day; wasn't quite as bored out of my mind at work today. i woke up feeling fantastic this morning. i didn't sleep quite as bad last night, so i suppose i felt more rested. i was actually singing after work today - dustyn was really amused with me. it's rare that i'm laughing and silly after work.
  • let down: thinking about all of the job possibilities (or impossibilites with this economy) and getting talked to about signing my exiting papers.
  • determined: ready to workout. didn't have dinner with nicole tonight (because she wanted it to be a drinking party for cinco de mayo). realized we only have two weeks from today until our movers pick up everything, so we needed to get a couple of things sold on craigslist and everything boxed up.

i ate:

  • cinnamon + sugar oatmeal for breakfast, and apple juice on the side.
  • leftovers from dinner (baked chicken and whole grain rice) with a side salad and sliced strawberries.
  • kelley has been working really hard and a new frozen yogurt place opened at horton plaza, so i treated us to a snack. i had a non-fat serving of orange frozen yogurt (and added a to a few gummie bears)
  • 6" turkey sandwich on wheat bread from subway. lots of veggies, but sadly, i added oil and vinegar. i had a bag of baked sour cream and onion chips and iced tea (no sweetener) to drink.
